Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization, the following items are non-refundable:

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Final sale items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at our email.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
